8 Random Things

1. Any time I look in the mirror I have to look at my butt. It's not so much that I like to look at my derriere, but that I want to make sure it doesn't look like a total disaster. Butts can get out of control very easily. Or at least mine can.

2. I often fantasize about quiting my job and working at Disneyland. In said fantasy, I get to be Bell (dressed in a modest version of her boob-a-rific gown) and be in those little shows they put on. That must be the best job ever! I bet nobody yells at Bell because she won't cash their check.

3. I love singing in a choir, but I despise choir girls. They are the most stuck up people ever! "I can hit that C in my sleep" I'm sure you can, anything can happen in dreams. "I sang with Josh Groban once and he said I was really talented" vomit! Josh Groban! Pa-lease! He is not going around listening to wanna be divas in community college choirs. Most of them need a big reality check!

4. If I have to read out loud, like at church, I pretend to cough if I think I'm gonna stumble on a word. This way I don't look like an idiot, but if I do it too much people think I'm sick.

5. I am sometimes tempted to ask people if I can give them a make over. I don't ever do it, I think they would be a little insulted, I know I would be. I mostly get this urge at institute. These poor girls would look a million times better if they just knew how to properly dress and groom themselves. NewBalance tennis shoes with a dress top is NEVER attractive or acceptable for any occasion.

6. Once I used a stick and a half of butter in a pasta I made for Reese and I. I knew Reese wouldn't eat it if he knew there was butter in it, so I lied and said it was just olive oil like we always eat. He loved it and after it was all gone I confessed that I used butter. He didn't rave about so much after that:)

7. I have an irrational fear of going over railroad tracks. I try to avoid them at all costs and if I do have to go over them, I look both ways, hold my breath, and say a prayer. I hope this tactic continues to work for me.

8. I cannot stand "Howe" jokes. I am so glad I won't have to hear "Sarah Howe ya doin'? haha get it?! Howe ya doin! ha ha bet ya never heard that before!" actually, I think I have heard that joke over a billion times. I will take "Like Harry Potter?" over that anyday:)

Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

I love Autumn! I wish we actually had a real Fall, but it is still the best time of year. The fashion in the Fall is the absolute best. Sweaters, burnt colors, boots, Turtle necks, layering, ect. It is the best! It is comfy and cosy. I just want to curl up and read a good book while the wind blows outside. I hope one day to live in a place where Autumn is absolutely gorgeous. Maybe back east or something. I hope Italy has a good Autumn:)

I also love the end of the year because that is when all the best Holidays are. Halloween is always super amounts of fun! I love to dress up as someone else and mix it up a bit. Free candy is always a good thing, I will never say no to some delicious chocolate:) Mmmm, Dark chocolate! yumm! Thanksgiving you get awesome food and incredible deserts. Fudge, need I say more? You can't beat mom's fudge. Christmas! The music, the shopping, the movies, the feeling! It is seriously the most magical time of the year. It makes me want to color a picture of Santa and make popsicle stick ornaments. Love it!!!

Working at a Credit Union Once Again

My love for Reese has conquered my of teller work. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. Well at least not yet. I hope it gets better once I am working out of my own drawer and I'm not being babysat. It has, however, really motivated me to finish school. I want to be able to have a career one day that I love. I know that you can't love your job every day, but I want to love it most of the time. I love music. I love it. If I could do something with music and get paid for it, then I would love my job. I am going to try really hard to take my schooling more seriously. I will not be a teller forever, that is for sure:)

Date set and Wedding Dresses

It's really official now, I made our Temple appointment today. Our sealing will be at 6:45 on Friday, July 18, 2008. It's really happening. I can't believe I'm actually old enough to be getting married. It seems like just yesterday that I turned 16 and started dating. I only have 4 months left
until I am a married woman!Crazy!

I started my hunt for a wedding dress and it has not been fun so far. Why is it that all wedding dresses are boob-a-rific? Arg! If it actually has a sleeve, then it has a huge plunging neckline. Do the designers assume that all women getting married want to look like hoochie mamas at their wedding? Give me a break! Even most of the patterns mom and I looked at were scantily clad. I really don't want to have to rent and look like all the other Mormon brides Boring!

I want new clothes so bad! It is taking all of my self control to not go on a shopping spree. I was at the mall on Monday and there was some seriously awesome stuff. Arg! I need a job soon so I can buy myself some cute new clothes!

Working Out

Who would have ever thought that I would learn to enjoy working out. I even crave it from time to time. It is not so much of a dirty word to me anymore. I almost get a little excited before I go sometimes. I am really thankful I am learning to love it, cause when you it, you definitely don't want to go. At least I never wanted to when I d it:) I think I love swimming the most. There is something really therapeutic about it. It relaxes me and its giving me some sweet arm muscles that I never had before. I highly recommend swimming to everyone. I t is the diggity:)

Cleaning my room

I am pretty sure I have spent an enormous amount of my adult life cleaning my room. No matter how much time i spend on it, it is never clean. I spend hours upon hours in there and it will look worse than when I started. What is going to happen when I have to keep a whole house clean? My kids will get lost in the mess and won't emerge until they are 47. It is a real problem that I desperately need to conquer.
